Hotel Recommendation

I need to find a hotel for a 3 people in LA to stay 29 September - 1 October. We would prefer to stay in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills or West Hollywood.

Can anyone recommend a great deal or well located clean hotel? We would prefer to spend our money on shopping etc so are looking to spend $100 or less per night.

Hotel Recommendation

Spending $100 or less per night maybe hard to find in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills or West Hollywood. You may try priceline and see if you can find something in those areas. I remembered reading someone here got Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills for $80/night, but that was in March.

You may want to look at the Orbit Hotel in West Hollywood, that%26#39;s probably the best bet for less than $100/night, the hotel though is located in a fantastic location..

Hotel Recommendation

You might try the Holiday Inn Express website. (Holidayinnexpress.com). There are several locations. (The one on LaBrea is well-located in Hollywood, or the one in Marina del Rey is just a couple of blocks to Venice Beach.

Good luck!

I agree I was there in July and at that price nothing is available at least in Santa Monica. Prices there are closer to 200.00 and up. Are family stayed at a real nice inn -Ayers Inn, Orange, CA for 99.00 but that is near Anahiem in Orange County an 1 hour drive from Santa Monica.

Long Beach one can find accomodations at that price you indicated.

Stayed at the HI Express in Marina del Rey and was very happy with the room there.

One thing though, I would not want to walk from the hotel to the beach, just a bit to far. But then again, in LA most tourists have cars anyway.

If you have a car, you may want to look at Hotel Hermosa in Hermosa Beach. Hermosa Beach is such a great location with Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach all very nice. It%26#39;s about a 20-25 min drive to West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills if no traffic. I%26#39;ve seen they%26#39;ve advertised rooms for $79/night.
