What to do second time round

Thanks

What to do second time round

Depends on the age of your family. We%26#39;ve just returned from our 3rd trip (with boys aged 11 and 13). We all thoroughly enjoyed the Fire Engine tour, the kids loved the Exploratorium, my husband and one son had a great time on the Baseball stadium tour. Try a visit to Muir Woods - we did that last time and then called in Sausalito on the way back (probably better if you have a car). If the kids are older and like music take a trip down to Haight to Amoeba Music - a HUGE music store with lots of cheap used CDs. If you have younger kids ours enjoyed the big playground in Golden Gate Park when we were there a few years ago.

Thanks for that the baseball stadium tour sounds good and muir woods, I should of mentioned our ages I apologise. Myself and my boyfriend are 22 and my parents are.... well you can guess, I don%26#39;t think they would appriciate me telling everyone!!!

If you%26#39;re like the Londoners I know, you%26#39;ll love the Tonga Room at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel. Enjoy a drink (and food if you wish) and have a great time in fun surroundings. Happy hour (5-7pm from memory) is an especially good time to be there.

Go to the MOMA, Academy of Sciences, Legion of Honor, or Asian Art Muesum if you want to look at musuems.

Grab a burrito in the Mission, Chinese food, such as dim sum, in Chinatown, or Italian food in North Beach. In addition, try some French food in Belden Place or food at the Ferry Terminal.

I%26#39;m not sure if the bus tour took you there, but check out Lombard Street, Coit Tower, Golden Gate Park, the Cliff House, and the Palace of Fine Arts.

In Golden Gate Park, check out the Japanese Tea Garden, the Conservatory of Flowers, the Arboretum, Stow Lake, the windmills at the west end of the park, and the buffalos.

Check out the Haight-Ashbury, esp. Amoeba Records, if you like music. If you%26#39;re an open family, check out the Castro. The nieghborhood looks nice. The Inner Sunset, Noe Valley, and Hayes Valley are nice too.

Catch a Giants baseball game at SBC Park.

I hope this is enough for now.
