Stayed at the Sandpiper one night, Wendesday. Asked for ocean sounds but only received Thursday morning garbage pick-up. Bed in #3 screached and we could hear the TV downstairs. Between bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner - $220 in deep - I will not be visiting again. Really wanted something cozy, warm, intimate and secluded. Will try again further from Stinson Beach - maybe Point Reyes has some ocean sounding, sweet smelling, visually pleasing rejuvinating earth power - Stinson was not the place for me.
Sandpiper Hotel
Stinson Beach is nice if you can rent a cottage. Would not think of staying in the lodgings in town, when there are plenty of rentals.
