Best time and day to go to Dottie's True Blue Cafe for...I%26#39;ve usually gone on 10ish on the weekdays, and the wait isn%26#39;t too bad. Maybe 1 or 2 parties in front of you.
Best time and day to go to Dottie's True Blue Cafe for...where is Dottie%26#39;s True Blue located?? looking for different bkfst places on first visit to S.F. I%26#39;m staying down near the Wharf. Also, is it best to buy a ';Muni pass'; as noted on other sites to use on all modes of transport in the city???

As far as the Muni pass goes, it%26#39;s great if you ride the cable cars a lot. The cable car costs $5/per person every time you get on and that can add up quickly and there are no transfers. The Muni street cars are $1.50 so it isn%26#39;t as costly.
The Muni pass is only good on the Muni cars. BART is a completely different system so you would have to buy seperate passes for that.

when we were there in December we twice tried to eat here and when we got there around 9.30 there was quite a queue...maybe 4/5 tables worth of people in front, and as was throwing it down both days we didnt botehr waiting - so not sure how long we would have had to wait.
we headed up to Cafe Bean, a couple of blocks north, which was also good - probaly the best coffee i%26#39;ve ever had there too!!
