Getting from LA Airport to Hollywood Celebrity Hotel

Anyone got any suggestions of the best way to get to the Hollywood Celebrity Hotel for 2 parents an 11 year old and a Grandma with 4 big suitcases? I%26#39;m guessing we probably won%26#39;t all fit in one taxi so it%26#39;s either a shuttle or 2 taxis which I think probably works out to be the same cost.

Getting from LA Airport to Hollywood Celebrity Hotel

I%26#39;ll add a suggestion. If you contact Supershuttle, they have 3 ways to travel:

1. In a ';shared van'; (for $50 for the 4 of you)

2. In a ';private van'; (for $68 for the 4 of you)

3. In an Execucar (for $69 for the 4 of you)

In #1, you will have to wait for the van to arrive and share it with others. It will take extra time to get to your destination because the driver may have to drop off the other passengers and their destination may not be in the exact same direction as your hotel. In addition, the shuttle drivers are allowed to drive around the entire airport TWICE with you onboard hoping to get more passengers.

In #2, you will have to call to have the van come and meet you. You will have a private van, that takes you directly to your hotel.

In #3, (for $1 more), a uniformed driver MEETS YOU AT BAGGAGE CLAIM, and takes you in a LARGE SEDAN to your destination.

In your case, I%26#39;d vote for #3.

Good luck. 1-800-410-4444 (for execucar reservations)

The execucar does sound like the best option. Thanks for the phone number but it%26#39;s a bit expensive to call from Australia. I will check out the web-site for super shuttle and see what I can find. thanks

Or else hail a taxi that%26#39;s a van or SUV. Lots of cab companies have downloadable coupons on their websites that offer 20% off the meter (you could try 1stcoupons.com).

but that coupon site needs a zip code, type in a Hollywood zip code, like 90036.

Is the large Sedan enough for 4 passengers plus say 3 large suitcases and 3 onboard plane size trolley bags?
