Hotels in Laguna Beach

Would it be fun to stay right in Laguna Beach. If so, what area/hotels do you recommend?

Thanks!

Hotels in Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach is beautiful and I%26#39;d recommend it. If the price is right for you, the Montage would be a great place. If you%26#39;re in a budget, look into the Laguna Riviera Resort hotel. Oceanfront, close to downtown Laguna and all the galleries, shops, bars, restaurants, and it%26#39;s a gem of a place at a very reasonable cost. We stayed there for 2 nights and loved it!

Are either of those right on the beach? We%26#39;ll have a 13 and 17 year old with us, will they be board or is there stuff to do?

Can you walk to dinner from either of those two hotels??

Hi travelingfromTx,

Yes, they are both on the beach. My inlaws who%26#39;s been staying with us for their vacation, just went to Laguna a few weeks ago, they and their kids loved it! It is a family place, as when we go there%26#39;s a variety of kids there playing with the waves or having fun with the sand and just enjoying the beach. Laguna is gorgeous. The Laguna Riviera Resort is close to restaurants and shops as well. When we were there, we just walked everywhere, esp to the art galleries, restaurants and some of the nightlife around. I believe there is a free tram that goes around town, but I don%26#39;t think it%26#39;s year round only during the summer.

There are about a dozen places to stay ranging in all price ranges.

I drove through their 2x this weekend looking at a place for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary this fall.

We go down there often. Your kids will love the excitement of Main Beach.
