Garden Grove area safe at night?

We will be staying at the Residence Inn Garden Grove in October, can anyone advise if this is a safe area to walk at night?

Any advice on this area would be helpful, thankyou.

Garden Grove is not too bad, but you will notice a large number of Aisans, mostly Vietnamese. Depending exactly where it is there might not be anything worth walking to. You might want to rent a car because it is not really close to Disneyland. At night stay in groups no matter where you are.

Very safe. Lots of newer hotels and restaurants in that area. Lots of tourists and it is well-lit. You have nothing to worry about. Just use common sense.

Don%26#39;t get a false sense of security. No where is safe! Be careful, but have fun. Always walk in well lit areas where other people are. Most important, say your prayers and ask God to protect you and your family. Trust in the Lord to keep you safe and everything will be alright. Have fun!
