trying to remember name of store

I was recently in Carmel. There is a store on Ocean Avenue that has a picture of a frog dressed as a pirate. It also has gift items in the store. There is a large cut-out of the frog dressed as a pirate on a boat displayed in the window. If anyone knows the name of this store, could you please let me know.
